Orientation
The module is narrow and vertically oriented.
There are:
- Four jacks near the top
- Four knobs running vertically down the center
- Four small channel indicator LEDs to the right of the knobs
- One button near the bottom labeled “SELECT”
Layout Overview
The panel is divided into three main sections from top to bottom:
- Four CV output jacks
- Four channel knobs with corresponding channel select buttons/LEDs
- One global SELECT button at the bottom
The module acts as a CV expander/sequencer companion for the WMD Metron. Each channel stores and outputs voltage values per step.
Top Jack Section
At the top of the module are four output jacks arranged in a square.
The numbering is:
| Position | Jack |
|---|---|
| Top left | Output 1 |
| Bottom left | Output 2 |
| Top right | Output 3 |
| Bottom right | Output 4 |
These are CV outputs for the four Voltera channels.
Knob and Channel Section
Below the jacks are four large knobs arranged vertically from top to bottom.
Each knob corresponds to one output channel.
To the immediate right of each knob is a small LED. From top to bottom, these are:
- Channel 1
- Channel 2
- Channel 3
- Channel 4
Bottom Button
At the bottom center of the module is a round button labeled ‘Select’.
This button is used together with Metron for selecting tracks, modes, pages, or editing functions related to Voltera operation.
Accessibility Notes
- At the bottom of the module, directly opposite the knobs is where the SD card is stored. You gently slide the panel, and it allows the reader to swing down on a hinge.
